Undoubtedly one of the best grocery stores I’ve utilized. I buy our groceries and source items from many stores. I’ve been in hundreds of stores in several states. I rate this store a solid 5stars in all areas. I sure wish we had one in Lexington,Ky The offerings and quality found at this location is perfect. I’m a serious foodie. I highly recommend the management style and purchasing your grocery needs here!
This place is one that everyone gets to know your name. They are a small but friendly establishment. Been shopping there since I was kid with my mother.
I do all my shopping at this store and haven't had a bad experience in any department expect for the deli. If the girls in that deli moved their hands and feet as fast as they did their mouths then people wouldn't have to wait in line for 15 minutes just to get some lunch meat. But today was the cherry on top when I ask Kayla to cut me a pound of honey ham shaved and that girl couldn't have a thought in her head other than when she's going to get a customer she can flirt with because that seems to be the only she is proficient in. Needless to say she cut me turkey instead of ham and thought it was quite funny. I will never visit that deli no matter how desperate I am.
Be careful to check the dates on perishables here I have bought out of date spoiled items here twice in two months time. Prices are about average unless something is on sale. I only shop here for dry or caned goods these days. Things seem to have improved here lately, store seems cleaner and brighter and I think the new fridge system looks great!
It is always a great experience when I go in this store. Very competitive prices. I love the choices in the deli. The only thing that I don't understand is why they never have carryout people anymore. That has always been one of the things that made them special. Since the new management has taken over I haven't been in there once when there has been anyone to help me out with my groceries.
Cool store first time there was passing through the town stopped and glad I did. I found items I couldn't find in my town. Make sure to check them out.
Great family-friendly grocery store. Have lived here my entire life and it is nice to have a local store to go to, where you often see a familiar face. Always have good prices in certain departments and the people are very nice. They even cash checks!! Oh and the donut holes are amazing, so only buy a small amount because you will eat every single one that you buy, hungry or not, LOL.
